* Partner commission earning is based on all preferred air, land and cruise suppliers. A slightly lower rate of earn applies to non-preferred suppliers.
** Partner rebate/override split applies to every preferred supplier which offers a rebate/override payment scheme.
*** Profit share is based on a pro-rate ownership shareholding in the head office. The profit share/dividend payments are determined by a board of advisors annually based on performance of the whole company, forward performance projections, business head winds and capital expenditure.
^ Broker commission earn is based on tier 1 and 2 preferred air, land and cruise suppliers. A slightly lower rate of earn applies to tier 3 preferred and non-preferred suppliers
^^ Broker rebate incentive is designed annually and includes up to 10 preferred suppliers.
